Job details
Building a functional training team:

Lead the expansion of the CL organization in Japan and establish a high-performance training team.
Use APAC training organizations as a model to build a robust team structure.
Assignment of trainers and field sales managers:

We have experienced trainers and field sales managers located in strategic locations such as Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.
In line with the anticipated increase in headcount, the team is aiming for a total of 10 members.
Consultation on customized training:
Consult on training strategies tailored to each region's unique circumstances.
Clarify and streamline your systems to ensure an effective and efficient training process.
Collaboration structure with CSD, CSM, and CSR:
Establish a collaboration system with each customer service department and ensure it matches specific needs.
Alignment with organizational goals:
Connect training efforts to organizational success goals and key performance indicators.

Qualification requirements

English and Japanese: Business level or above
Experienced in promoting diversity within an organization
