Job details
As a marketing manager, to be responsible for planning and implementing marketing objectives to increase product awareness and sales.
Analyze market trends and customer insights and define annual communication plans based on budget.
As part of the sales and marketing team, support regional sales managers and channel partners around the world.

Job responsibilities:
Planning and carrying out direct communication with existing and potential target groups.
Utilize the Company's website and online platforms/tools.
Develop and maintain local press contacts, evangelists, and social media communities with support from local public relations/communications agencies.
Work closely with local sales teams to support key account engagement efforts.
Developing, planning and executing channel marketing programs (via VARs, hardware resellers and workstation OEMs).
Management of major events and exhibitions of major accounts in the hardware industry.
Monitor, review, and report on your company's marketing activities and results on a quarterly basis.

Qualification requirements
Required]
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent degree
B2B marketing experience (ideally hardware)
Channel marketing experience (distributor, hardware reseller)
B2C marketing experience (supporting direct sales approach)
Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated, proactive, energetic and creative
Ability to be a team player with a success-oriented approach.
English business level
Japanese business level
Willingness to travel abroad
