・Customer service in the lobby (baggage management and transportation, various inquiries, sightseeing/surrounding information, etc.)
・Guidance work in guest rooms and inside the building
・Front desk operations (check-in/check-out, accommodation reservations, etc.)
・Email support
・Telephone support
・Various inputs
・Transportation
・Disinfection cleaning
・Response to various inquiries

Required ability]
・Japanese proficiency N2 equivalent or above
・Those who have communication skills
・Those who have good manners and attentiveness
・Those who can work in a team and are cooperative.
・It would be better if you can speak English conversation or another language

・Hotel front desk experience
・Experience working in city hotels, inns, and resort hotels
・Those with experience in the customer service industry
・Foreign language skills (English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Myanmar, Nepali, etc.)
